Lifespan Therapy is currently an in-network provider for Medicare, NC Medicaid (Birth-21), BCBS of NC, Medcost, Healthy Blue, AmeriHealth Caritas, UHC Community, Cigna, Aetna, UMR, Wellcare and United Healthcare but is not currently in-network with other insurances at this time.  We are able to work using a selfpay option if you choose without insurance companies slowing things down or getting in the way! We are able to give you what you need on your timetable.  No more waiting or crazy paperwork...Simply high-quality therapy to give you and/or your child what is needed now!

A superbill is available upon request and may help you secure reimbursement from your insurance provider for out-of-network costs (depending on your plan).  Provision of a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Good Faith Estimates

Beginning January 1, 2022, if you’re uninsured or if you opt for self-pay (i.e., not going through your health insurance), health care providers must provide you with an estimate of the expected charges. This is called a good faith estimate (GFE).

Providers and facilities must provide you with a GFE if you request one, or after you’ve scheduled a service. It should include the expected charges for all items or services that are provided as part of the same scheduled experience. The provider must provide a list of all items and services associated with your care.
